These two short clips about the damaging reality and distractions of social media relate to our in class exercise of switching off our devices for two hours. Both serve as a reminder to be present and live life in the moment rather than living behind a screen. The benefits are highly rewarding and encourage productivity, relaxation and re-connecting with people without the wifi connection.
